Channel 4’s campaign for Season 1 of Humans saw the real-world launch of the ‘Persona Synthetics’ brand, including a physical shopfront on London’s Regent Street; to promote Season 2 an urgent ‘product recall’ campaign was announced, encouraging the public to urgently return their Synths (robots) following disturbing reports of ‘technical difficulties’.

The Persona Synthetics-branded campaign ran across TV, Press, Social, Online and DHL livery, included partnerships with eBay and New Scientist and in a European entertainment first featured a narrative driven ChatBot, created in partnership with Facebook Creative Shop and PullString.

The campaign was widely-acclaimed, receiving numerous awards and a BAFTA nomination.
